Position Information:

Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Support Coordinator.  Support Coordinators work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professional team members to develop and implement individual support plans. Support Coordinators connect individuals and families with resources and services in the community and then monitor the effectiveness of those supports in helping individuals meet their needs and achieve personal goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a Bachelor's degree, and have one year of related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Additionally, applicants must have a valid driver’s license, access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for transportation, and operate that vehicle in a safe and prudent manner to comply with all applicable laws.

Schedule:

Support Coordinators work a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed based on caseload needs.  Once the introductory period is successfully completed, Support Coordinators have the opportunity to work a base schedule with some remote hours.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting at $21.34/hour. Eligible for merit-based raises at 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter.
