Records Specialist (Full-Time)
Starting Pay Range: $16.85 – $21.06 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Position Overview BCFR is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our administrative team. This role supports the organization of electronic and paper records and provides backup assistance at the front desk. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and works well as part of a collaborative office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, index, and electronically file records according to agency standards
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper files
- Follow established file naming conventions and records management procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with records retention requirements
- Provide backup support for front desk operations as needed
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, email, scanners, and electronic filing systems
- Access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle
- Ability to safely operate personal and agency vehicles in compliance with applicable laws

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- At least one (1) year of related clerical or records management experience
