Position Information:

Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Life & Work Connections. The primary duty of the Director of Life and Work Connections is development, management and evaluation of the Life and Work Connections program that supports persons with developmental disabilities in building skills for a full and self-determined life. The Life and Work Connections program provides a robust offering of experiences including individualized skill training, group classes, and employment services funded by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of supervisory experience. Preference to individuals with experience in providing skill training and/or employment services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range: $66,615 - $76,992 depending on qualifications and experience.

Eligible for merit-based raises at 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter.
